JobToolShed is operated by Job Tool Shed LLC ("we", "us"). These terms apply when you use jobtoolshed.com or any JobToolShed account. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms.

What JobToolShed does

JobToolShed is a lightweight sales workspace that creates business communication drafts for contractors and home-service businesses based on the information you provide. Depending on what you generate, JobToolShed can produce:

• Proposal and sales-pack drafts
• Scope-of-work drafts, including included and not-included sections
• Follow-up text message and email drafts
• Copy-ready email, SMS, estimate/proposal-note, and internal-note drafts

JobToolShed also stores the customer records, job records, proposal defaults, proposals, and follow-up packs that you enter so you can manage them in one place. Every output is a draft. You are responsible for reviewing every message, price, scope item, and detail before sending or sharing it with a customer.

Where JobToolShed is intended to be used

JobToolShed is currently intended for use by contractors and home-service businesses in the United States and Canada. Users outside those countries should not rely on country-specific formatting, tax, legal, or business assumptions in generated drafts. We may expand to additional countries later.

What JobToolShed does not do

• JobToolShed is not legal advice and does not create contracts on your behalf.
• JobToolShed does not guarantee job bookings, revenue, conversion rates, or any specific business outcome.
• JobToolShed does not send text messages or email messages to your customers on your behalf. You copy/paste drafts into your own messaging tools.
• JobToolShed does not collect payments from your customers.
• JobToolShed does not provide official integrations with Jobber, Housecall Pro, QuickBooks, ServiceTitan, or other third-party platforms. You can use JobToolShed by itself or alongside existing contractor software by copying and pasting.
• JobToolShed does not replace your responsibility to review prices, scope, permits, warranties, legal requirements, and project details before sending a proposal or message.

Your account and your inputs

You are responsible for the information you put into the tool — including customer details, job details, pricing, and notes — and for keeping your login secure. You must have the right to enter any customer or job information you put into JobToolShed.

Don't use JobToolShed for unlawful, harassing, deceptive, spam, or abusive messaging.

Payments

JobToolShed offers paid access through a merchant-of-record payment provider shown to you at checkout. Our current checkout provider is Polar. The payment provider handles secure payment processing, applicable taxes, receipts, billing portal access, cancellations, refunds, chargebacks, and related payment support under its own terms and applicable law.

Your card information is handled by the payment provider and is not stored by Job Tool Shed LLC.

Current paid options may include:

• Starter Job Pack — a one-time purchase that grants 2 generated-pack credits.
• Solo Monthly — a monthly subscription that grants 25 generated-pack credits per monthly billing period.

Free accounts may create an account and access available non-paid features, but free accounts do not include free generated-pack credits unless we separately state otherwise.

You can manage or cancel a Solo Monthly subscription from the in-app billing page or through the payment provider's billing portal where available. See our Refund Policy for refund details.

Service availability & changes

We may update features, pricing, or these terms over time. We try to give reasonable notice for material changes. Existing paid access and previously granted credits are preserved at the amount originally granted.

Suspension

We may suspend or close accounts that abuse the service, attempt to bypass usage limits, or violate these terms.

Limitation of liability

JobToolShed is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the previous twelve months.
